Sorry I'm not answering your question, but I just have to know what kind of success you've had burning vcd's. My friend has tried several different methods and not a one looked any better than VHS tape. In fact, I've gotten better results backing DVD's up to SVHS tape. Is this something you plan on doing or are you currently doing it ? And how's the quality - ghosting or no ghosting ?

I want to do this, but have not done it yet. I've been reading on www.vcdhelper.com about how to do it.
