Is there such thing as a 16:9 TV with no image burn-in?

Hi,
Is there such thing as an HDTV with 16:9 format screen (rear projection, LCD, whatever) that does not have stationary image burn-in issues? I want a large screen >40" wide that I can watch 4:3 TV in non-stretched mode (bars on either side) or play video games without worrying about permanent image burn-in. Do plasma displays do this?
