Rob, I've owned the 27" model Tantus for about 3 months, and I must say that I'm very pleased with it so far. I had to use the Video Essentials DVD to tweak it out of the box, and it looks fantastic IMO. I've had a few compliments on the picture quality on both DVD's and Digital Cable broadcasts. For the money and features, I couldn't be happier, although I was not aware that the line was going to be dropped by Samsung. All-in-all, I think they are a great deal.SW
