does anybody know how to access the service menu for a Toshiba 32A60?

or does anybody know a site that might post this stuff? the local toshiba technicians will not adjust the convergence and keystone, etc... because it is in 'spec' according to them, even though the set is under still under warranty. but i see a slight bowing down in the middle of the top part of the screen with widescreen movies off DVD or VCR.
i know how to do the setups, having worked in home theatre setup (seleco CRTs) for the last few years. any info?
