Kotches,Thanks for your reply. The A3CR does not have a processor loop that I could detect. I have attached a link to the Webpage with two pictures of the preamp. You can click on the lower picture to see an enlarged picture of the connections it has. It does have a tape loop. You are not talking about that, are you?
Assuming that it does not have the processor loop what do you suggest? I did not understand your statement: "ALWAYS use the same volume level on whatever input the receiver is plugged into. " Are you suggesting that I put the receiver at a certain setting and then control the volume with the pre-amp? Please explain.
