Anyone comments on the old Lexicon CP3+?

By an accidental clicking of the mouse, an old Lexicon CP3+ processor is on the way to my house. Can anyone help me by comparing it with Lexicon's new models like DC1 or MCI or surround processors of other brands? Thanks for any input.
