You might look into PS Labs Lab Cable, although it's probably as thick as a garden hose. I don't know anyone who makes very large guage flat cables. What I ended up doing was running the very large cables (and long runs) under the house (get your drill out). It felt weird to drill a hole in my floor, but it really took care of cabling problems. Then you wouldn't have to worry about physical size, at least.
