I'll have to mull my options. I've also found a manufacturer of ribbon cable with up to 24 18 gauge conductors per cable, btw. ITW makes 'Pan-Flex' ribbon cable, but it has a conventional grey PVC insulation. I don't know how easily obtainable it is in small qty.
