Yes, definitely. One small suggestion, though. Unless money is too much of an issue, get a TV which will drive external speakers; or an integrated amp or receiver so you can drive speakers. Then get some speakers - obviously! sorry:> - and place them in a triangle, with you as the third point (i.e. on either side of the TV somewhere; but a ways away from the TV for more stereo effect). This will, I believe, enhance your enjoyment.
