CATV: Is there a difference in Brands of splitters with the same bandwidth rating? AIM, Philmore? Some tout bi-directional splitters? I have found out that dist. amplifiers must be bi-directional for digital cable. I have also seen splitters w/ step down transformers?
Any help would be appreciated.
