I have never seen any "audiophile grade" wire that large. I would think that unless you are using a run of more than 100 feet, you would not need more than 12 guage wire. I remember reading of Tributaries having a flat 14 guage wire, but I have never heard it in a HT set up, so your guess is as good as mine as to whether it is good wire or not.
