Brutha, get these ass to a service tech, ASAP.

I had a similar problem with my Toshiba set fresh out of the box! Turns out the PCB had some edges on it that weren't sanded smooth at the factory, causing there to be not enough play between the front panel controls and the front of the set!

Took the tech about ten minutes to figure it out, and about another twenty to dremel the edges of the PCB- under warranty, of course! No problems since!
