Hi gang.
My Denon AVR preouts are IC'd to the HT passthrough input on my Sim I-5080 integrated. When playing a DVD or want to listen to 5ch TV I select that input on my amp.
Because I've got no "amp in" on the integrated I'm planning on using speaker level connection from a powered sub to my Sim and letting my Paradox 1s run full range with sub x-over ~60hz. Does this sound like it should work correctly for me with DVD playback as well as with 2ch? I know I should really just go out and get a demo into my room and start messing with connections, but I wanted to get some direction first. Lemme know if I should be thinking a different way.
