Having seen both the 36 and 40 I suggest you not buy the 40 unless the dealer will 1. give you a professional setup/caliabration in home and free 2. Full cash refund with 30 days if not satisfied and 3. Throw in the stand for free (see earlier post about Sony no charging the dealer for stands on this unit). Enjoy
