ever since our cable company switch from TCI to some other digitally capable company with optical wires & Roadrunner availability. I've noticed an all too frequent occurance of lip-desynchronization & frame-dropping (strobing). What's going on? I feel like I'm watching a DVD w/o the aliasing (stair-welling) & posterization (banding).
