DD LFE Channel level w/ Video Essentials, how?

While using the Video Essentials setup DVD, I realized that the subwoofer setup signal was at the same level for both Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic. I remember reading somewhere that the LFE channel should be 10dB louder than the others in DD. What level should I calibrate my subwoofer (10db higher, or same as others) using this disc?
