DVD player with DD/DTS decoder & bass management

I'm looking for a DVD-video with built-in DD/DTS decoder and also offers bass management, time delay & volume adjustment. The video is my primary concern and if it plays SACD, bonus. The Denon 5900 seems to have all these features but above the price range I'm looking, ~$500-800.

Any recommendations?
