Ultimate AV v. Home Theater Magazine

Like many, I have received the news that Ultimate AV will no longer be publishing a print edition. Apparently, the unused portion of the subscription will be completed with Home Theater Magazine, which I am unfamiliar with. For those who are familiar with Home Theater Magazine, I would appreciate some input on it compared with Ultimate AV. Such as whether it is informative, authoritative, whether the reviews are good, etc. If I like Ultimate AV, will I also like Home Theater Magazine? Would I be better served cashing in my subscription? Thanks.
