Neodigits claims that the 208 has all of the features of the 108 with some bug fixes and the addtion of HMDI and 1080P over component.

Neodigits also claims that the DVD player will output to any DVI input, HDCP compliant or not.

The review includes detailed information about the chipset ot the 108. The 208 includes an upgraded chipset from the same manufaturer.

The player sounds awesome. I think I may take the plunge and buy one next month.
