best ht receiver?

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

narrowing down my choices and need help:
*panasonic xr-70 - seem's a bit pricey as i would go new and little concerned about build if used and hard to find.
*nad T761 (used) - probably best sound but very concerned about reliability.
*pioneer vsx-1014 (new) - concerned about 2 channel sound quality.
-any experiences or comments from above or similar and comparisons welcomed! thanks.
