HDTV question . . .

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I am on the wire about the Sony CRT 34XBR960 or the 34HS420. These look almost the same and have mostly the same features. Anyone know, other than the onboard HD tuner, if these are the same?
I am mostly thinking picture quality. I don't care about a plug or two.
There is also the XS955 but it is the same price as the XBR (as of last week). So why one over the other?
