I haven't done any of those things. I'm really not a video guy. I know that I have the progressive scan turned on. I know that it isn't currently hooked up the way that I would prefer. I had a problem with my pre amp so that it doesn't allow me to hook it up via the component connection. I may end up hooking it up via the HDMI connection. What I don't understand is why these problems are evident with this source and not with my older DVD player. Any ideas on that?
