Well I finally ordered the projector

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I went with the Mitsubishi HC-3, ($899)
All the reviews look good.
Sanyo now has a similarly priced true HDTV unit BUT its not nearly as bright as the HC3. In my semi daylight situation I think the Mitsu will excel.In a basement setup the Sanyo might be the unit of choice.
Should show up in a week or so.
Still debating on screen whether I'm going to make a permanent mount from cloth and wood or get a roll-down. i need to try the projector and see what type of screen mount makes sense. A good project for the holidays!
