That's pretty close to the minimum/maximum seating distances from our RPTV. We use an "L" shaped sectional sofa, and went with a Pioneer 64" HD set, which has worked out fine. Just remember the one can sit much closer to a Hi-Def picture, but if they are going to watch a lot of standard def stuff, the set should be sized for that.Here's a link with a calculator:
