I know audio, but I'm pretty much in the dark when it comes to video (pun intended). So may be someone out there can give me some advice or direct me to more info.A while back I removed the TV from my audio room with the intent that I would set up a front projector/screen. I now have the opportunity to purchase one of the following:
Sanyo PLV-Z1 for $500
Sanyo PLV-60K for $1000Though no longer in production, both are brand new units. Both considerably more expensive when introduced and seem like a great deal. However, am I better off getting a current model?
BTW: I'll be projecting on a relatively small portable 16:9 screen (either 60" or 80" diagonal).
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
