Help with a choice between two DVD players. Any help would be great.

I am finally ready to purchase my first DVD player, after a little research on Amazon I narrowed it down to two. I am leaning towards the second one but wanted to get another opinion - which is the best one in terms of features vs. price? Links are below:

1st player-Sony DVPNC80V

2nd player-Sony DVP-NC875V
