It is just like buying any new computer out today. As soon as you take your new pc home the companies will have introduced faster pc's. I am just going to enjoy my current HT system for a few years. I am very happy for right now. In four years when my extended warranty ends and my 60" Sony dies I will then buy the latest model or which ever one is on sale that is highly regarded. Let people upgrade to the latest goods and you can score their 1-2 year old HT receiver at Agon. There is a nifty Mark Levinson surround processor/receiver for sale on ebay that should work very well as an example. John
