You need the specific DVI configuration that matches your gear AND the appropriate HDMI type ……

.......HDMI 1, 1.1, 1.2 or 1.3 etc.

Check the back of the components to make sure you get the correct termination on the DVI side & also check the back of the component or the manual for the appropriate HDMI side.
