The CableCards are two way. It's the TV sets that are one way. If a manufacturer ever makes a two way capable TV the Cablecards will be able to do two way applications with the same cards. If you can live without VOD and some of the more advanced applications that the cable operators have the cards are great. I have two sets with Cablecards and I can report flawless operation. One set is a Sony and the other is a Pioneer. My cable operator charges $1.50 for each card and I like not having a box.
