We had company last night; watched Blu-Ray on the Samsung DLP

and they were stunned!!! There were some motion artifacts when the titles moved across the screen, in the dumb movie "Bang Bang this Sucks".
But most of the time the guests just kept saying it was so sharp it looked 3D and the colors looked like a movie. I am sure many videophiles would gag at the motion artifacts, but for me, its livable. I also changed the outs so that the player outputs dts to the Denon receiver instead of downmixing, and the sound was just wonderful. Thunder from the rear speakers had great bass impact. Sony 301, Samsung 5687.
