The GGW-H20li ($500) looks particularly interesting as it reads and writes CD, DVD and Blu-Ray, including B-D dual layer, up to 50 gb capacity. HD DVD capability is read-only.
That being said, it may or may not replace the standard DVD drive in your computer if, like me, you use your DVD drive as an all-region player: I tried getting libdvdcss working with a Blu-Ray drive this weekend but had no luck, even with regular DVD playback. Maybe I ran afoul of the drive's AACS support? So now I have an excuse to get a Mac Pro, with it's support for dual internal optical drives...
