Citizen Kane (remastered with corrected contrast & digital clean-up)
Jimi Hendrix films (complete Atlanta & Miami Pop Festivals, RAH, etc.)
Stargate orig. film (Ext.) & series (SG-1 & Atlantis)

There are so many, and lots of obscure early classics, TV series & music related titles I'd like to see in HD transfers, but this is a good start. :o)
