Let me know when a real HD video disk format works!

I totally reject the format war and was a total moron to to take one side, this time Sony's Blu Ray! For me it was the enhanced room on Blu-Ray, the much larger amount of studios currently supporting Blu-Ray.

However, 100% of studios in region 1 support standard DVD!

Sony: Betamax, I had three.......... HVS won...
Sony: Minidisk, I had one, it never took off in North America
Sony SACD for which I have an SCD-1 and soon to be replaced with a standard Red Book Chord Red Reference to be delivered next week, http://www.chordelectronics.co.uk/products_detail.asp?id=49
So forget HD home video until someone comes out with a format that works!I fear that we'll have to suffer with HD cable and such.......
