Front Proj. set up..

I just installed a BenQ PE8720 front projector and was wondering if the precise adjustment or setup is something I could do with the proper dvd or something best left for the professionals. The $400 cost for one of them to do it gags me so thought I'd check with you folks for advice. Is there a good dvd out there that would lead me through the process??
