Long Run Between TV And Processor Question

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I'm planning on having a television approximately 75' from the processor/receiver. I haven't purchased the television and I may need a more up to date processor/receiver to replace an eight year old Denon. I'm assuming a 75' run of RCA cables may cause problems. If that's so, what are the options?
