The impact of cheap HD DVD probably won't really be felt, if ever, until the folks start buying movies to use with their Christmas presents. Spring 2008 will be a better gauge. E.g.I've got two of the HD-A2s and am not sure what to do with them yet, though I do have a buyer lined up for one of them.
