Hey Jack - since you've been fingered as the #1 "Hidden HD DVD cheerleader" and are likely first on Ole Lund "I've uncovered a Vast Microsoft Conspiracy" Cheerleader's list of nefarious HD DVD sleeper agents, I thought I'd ask you:Are you still liking your Sharp Blu-ray player? I'm thinking of dumping my Sony Blu-ray player when it gets back from the repair center and replacing it with something else, because even if they fix it it's still not a very good machine. The Panasonic DMP-BD10AK gets good reviews, but other than your previous positive reports I haven't heard a lot about the Sharp.
Whichever player I get, I'll be using the analog outputs for audio, not HDMI. Can you comment on how the Sharp does in decoding the various audio streams internally?
