Until recently, they consistently charged full price, even for new releases(unlike previous practices with DVD). The notable exceptions being BOGOs and price-matching. I wasn't surprised at all about the non-deals available Christmas eve.

I reamed the sales associate concerning non-competitiveness with Amazon pricing a few months ago. A 1-5$ dollar difference in price I can live with. $10 difference (+free shipping) ? Forget it.
