If this "local fellow" is a certified ISF tech, then the price is about right for a calibration. If he's also familiar with your PJ, then even better. If your installation is not finished (PJ mounted, screen installed), then you'd be wasting your money.

Figures, after using a term like "simonize".

"My FP has a very good pic with thru comp. video but not that great with HDMI and I know for sure it's a setup problem."
Why would poor PQ through the HDMI port be a setup issue?
