Hi Big Matt. Maybe this is going to sound funny but at my local Sams Club I found a Sony DD/DTS Processor . I'm not sure right now of the model number but it was something like E-800 . I remenbered it was reviewed some years ago by SGHT . It has about 4 digital inputs and a 5.1 in/out terminals. The price ???? $58.86 ( Puerto Rico ). Maybe you can find one or ask for it at your local Sams Club. The Technics is about $199.00 alone ($289.00 with the SAX-720 receiver ) and both are fairly good entry level processors.
