If I understand correctly what you are asking is you want the video from your cable box to go to your TV and the audio to go to your system but only have coax F-type connectors on your Cable box. If so you can probably get a custom F-type to RCA (w/3 RCAs:video and left and right audio) coax cable. Contact Markertek, they can make almost any type of cable you specify.
