A year ago, your HDTV choices were 1080i and 1080p. And, yes, I know the difference. But now the HDTV choices are 720p and 1080p. Did the interlace spec (the real broadcast signal by some networks) disappear? or does a 720p also do 1080i or do I have to get a 1080p to get 1080i full resolution capability.
