...what discs the OP had, but I see from websites that the vast majority of BDs I'm interested in from Region B (Europe) are region free discs. Is Jack's model a player that does PAL>NTSC converions as well? It's a 2 part thing, region free + conversion. If the disc is region free, and the unit converts, shouldn't it be able to play them?
I see there is a site selling modded BD region free Sony players. Sony prolly has these darned things locked up some other way.
