The Tosh is the oldest; B.O.D of Sept 1997. Tweaked with: VenHaus hardwired PC, HighWire wrap on the PC, rewired speakers, and cabinet dampening. Zero.zero problems. No scan shrinkage. Still looks great.
The JVC SVHS is semi-retired. Purchase Date: 12/2000. Zero.zero problems. (Overly complex remote and front panel).
The Phillips DVD has a B.O.D of Nov 2002. Zero.zero problems. Modded with chassis dampening, Cerapuc footers. Looks as good as ever.
Audience and Monster ICs, Boulder video, all into a Furutech TP60/20 outlet strip, and a FIM wall outlet.
No cable, rabbit ears only...
Bedroom display is a 20" Magnavox, 11+ yrs. old. Zero.zero problems. Still looks decent.
Mom has a hand-me-down Mitsu 20" CRT with a broken power switch and top of the screen shrinkage; has to be over 20 yrs. old.
