Actually I think KEF make all of their speakers, apart from centres, vertically symmetrical these days. I still own a pair of KEF Reference 104 aBs I bought in 1981 and they aren't. Worse, not only is the tweeter offset vertically from the mid-woofer and passive driver, it's offset to the left on both the L and R speakers—they didn't make them in mirror image pairs. Times do change.
I was basically aware that the uni-Q speakers use concentric drivers which is great for symmetry. The main reasons for mentioning the vertical symmetry were to indicate that placing the speaker on its side in order to fit it in under a TV would not be a good idea, but mainly to provide a more general answer that may help anyone else reading the thread who was considering the same issue with different speakers to yours.
KEF certainly makes nice speakers. I think you'll be very happy with a matched set of KEFs all around.
