Yeah, probably something like that. One output can be set up for an A/V system and one maybe separately set up for an audio-only system. IOW it is possible it's not a fully dual HDMI output (like one for a display and one to a projector). Just guessing, too lazy to look it up... But yes, HDMI audio/video are usually switched together. I could actually use something like this (if it *is* like this), but fully dual HDMI output, each individually programmable as to setup and not just copies of each other, would be even better (and it may be that).Edit: sorry, I should have said this in case it's not generally known: it is very common with better HDMI players to be able to turn off the video at source when listening to audio-mostly discs, should you choose to. This typically also turns off the player's front panel display too, but it comes on momentarily when navigating.
