low cost HD TV tuner suggestions please

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I presume they still make HD tuners for TVs. I have a Vizio that had the tuner die and I just want to buy a seperate unit and run the TV off of it.

under $100 if possible...

any suggestions are welcome
