I really don't see much improvement, other than price, in tv's in the last years.
I prefer the lcd projector or dlp of three years ago to the ubiquitous led/lcd's you see everywhere today.
Todays tv's are lighter and thinner...cheaper and easier to ship and store. But picture quality? I'm hoping we will see improvements again in the future.
