If your standard-def TVs look like that, time to fix them ;-) 480i video on a properly adjusted 20" CRT in good working order should not look fuzzy-wuzzy!

Lo-fi photography has had it's followers for about as long as photography has been around. It's a fun change of pace, that's all.
