I found local source for cable in question::
A company called 'Odd Cable'.
owner of projector has not told me, nor could I pry out of him, what was intended as the SOURCE of signals to the projector. Indeed, the question elicited confusion!
Man, Talk about technically challanged. If this guy wasn't the best haircutter I've ever had, I'd be gone.
